Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Compound Genetics, 123 Example Road.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • By using our services and/or registering for an account with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth. You are acknowledging that you fully agree with and understand these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and all the information provided in the section of this site.

  • If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do NOT register for an account.

  • Compound Genetics reserves the right to make changes and/or updates to these terms & conditions at any time.

  • It is your responsibility to periodically check these terms for any changes and/or updates.

  • All online business, have risks involved. We strongly advise that you read and fully understand all of these terms & conditions before joining. If you spot a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this website (as stated below) please contact us immediately.

Payment Policy

We accept the following forms of payment:

(I) We accept ACH bank payment via Confia, additional transaction fees may apply

(ii) Payment with cryptocurrency can be made and will be charged all additional transaction fees.

(iii) We are working on accepting all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard. Until this option becomes available use options above.

  • A shipping and handling fee will be access to each transaction.

  • Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by USA. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. 

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 3 day return policy on seed packs purchased on site. The customer has 3 days from the day they receive their package to ship the item back to us. The day you receive the package is considered day 1.  You need to contact us via email support@dyme.com; so we can initiate a return. You must send the purchased item in with the original packaging. Upon receipt of return and inspection of the item we will issue you a store credit minus shipping costs and credit card transaction fees, if applicable.  

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if upon receiving the item we determine that such item has been damaged or altered. In that case you will need to pay the shipping to have the items returned back to you.

 SHIPPING ORDERS

  • Compound Genetics offer USPS insured shipping to every state in the USA.  In some cases we will ship using USPS shipping using signature required depending on the item purchased.  

  • Compound Genetics is NOT responsible for theft or packages that say (DELIVERED) we go based off the tracking from USPS.

  • Compound Genetics is NOT responsible for your order after it has been shipped. Therefore you are agreeing that you are taking a risk and will not hold Compound Genetics liable if something happens to your package. (I.E. Lost in Transit, Theft after delivery confirmation, Custom Seizure)

  • All items are shipped with 24-48 hours of payment. Unless cases of holidays or pre-sales or backorders. In case of holidays we will ship the next business day. In cases of pre-sales we will ship upon the receipt of the product. All items are subject for full refund prior to shipping.

  • Compound Genetics shall NOT be held responsible for any items damaged during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer. Compound Genetics shall NOT be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained through Compound Genetics . All Sales are Final.
  • Compound Genetics does NOT ship internationally.  If you provide us with an international order it will NOT get shipped.   You will be issued a store credit.  
  • READ ALL our store policies before placing your order. 

LAWS – LIABILITIES – SEEDS

  • Seeds are strictly for novelty and souvenir purposes. Germination and/or cultivation of these seeds is strictly limited to localities and countries in which it is legal to do so. You acknowledge that you are 21 or over and you are going to adhere to whatever laws your state has on record.

  • Compound Genetics accepts NO responsibility or liability for any use that does not comply with local laws and regulations. Seeds are strictly sold for NOVELTY purposes only!

  • If you are unsure about the laws where you live, you will have to do some research. We at Compound Genetics are operating within the local laws of our government and it’s important that you do the same.

  • It is extremely important you know the laws and regulations in your area. When you signed up for your account on Compound Genetics , you accepted our terms and conditions. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you accepted complete liability for any and all actions you take on or through the Compound Genetics website (whether it is/was before, during or after your purchase).

  • The second you complete your checkout or initiate a purchase, you accept ALL liability for those items.

  • Once we receive and confirm your payment, the items are legally yours.  Once the items are delivered to USPS they are no longer the responsibility of  Compound Genetics. During this process, you accept all liability for the items you paid for and you agree to not hold Compound Genetics liable for any reason whatsoever.

    WE do NOT  offer refunds and ONLY store credit even in the case of accidental orders cause. 

     

     

Compound Genetics our hemp seeds contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC, compliant with applicable Federal Laws.

Compound Genetics NOT  accept any product liability.

Discount codes given for seed replacement CAN NOT be used in the merchandise store.
